The Trails

The Trails began development in 1993 as a 573-acre mixed-use village. It includes established single- and multifamily neighborhoods, custom-home areas, The Trails Community Center and Pool, The Trails Park, The Trails Paseo Park, neighborhood shopping, schools, houses of worship, and a U.S. Post Office.

The Trails Park and Trails Paseo Park give the village a strong outdoor identity, while the resident-only community center and seasonal pool add programming and recreation for eligible Summerlin residents. Mature landscaping and established commercial services make the village feel complete and convenient.

Housing ranges from smaller production homes to larger custom properties. Buyers should compare homes within the same subdivision and account for renovation quality, lot location, proximity to parks, and any neighborhood-specific HOA obligations.
