The Ridges

Development of The Ridges began in 2000 across approximately 793 acres. The guard-gated village is known for custom and semi-custom neighborhoods, elevated homesites, valley and mountain views, golf-oriented properties, and some of Summerlin’s most distinctive architecture.

Club Ridges is reserved for village residents and includes a fitness center, aerobics space, steam rooms, tennis facilities, a resort-style family pool, and a heated lap pool. The village also includes multiple custom-home enclaves and golf-related amenities.
