Ridgebrook began development in 2001 as a compact 100-acre residential village. It contains four single-family neighborhoods, Ridgebrook Park, and John and Judy Goolsby Elementary School.

Its smaller scale makes Ridgebrook easier to navigate than many larger Summerlin villages. The village’s location near major roads, schools, parks, shopping, and Summerlin South amenities adds everyday convenience.

Buyers should still compare within the same neighborhood, since builders, floorplans, lot sizes, and renovation levels vary. School and park proximity may be a benefit for some households and a source of additional activity for others.
