Development of The Summit Club began in 2015 as a 555-acre private resort and residential community created through a partnership between Howard Hughes and Discovery Land Company. It includes custom residences, homesites, a private Tom Fazio golf course, clubhouse, fitness, wellness, dining, recreation, and highly personalized member services.

The Summit is not comparable to a standard HOA community. Property ownership, club membership, approval requirements, dues, capital obligations, and privileges should all be reviewed separately.

Homes are highly customized, and value depends on architecture, builder quality, lot size, view, golf orientation, interior design, outdoor living, and membership considerations.
