Red Rock Country Club

Red Rock Country Club began development in 1998 on approximately 738 acres. Although it is located within the broader Summerlin area, it was developed separately by Sunrise Colony Company on land purchased from Howard Hughes and is not technically part of the Summerlin master association.

The guard-gated community includes approximately 1,000 luxury homes, two Arnold Palmer-designed golf courses, a main clubhouse, and a Sports Club. Homes range from production luxury residences to highly customized properties, with golf frontage, mountain views, Strip views, pools, and substantial renovations all affecting value.

Club membership and residential ownership are separate considerations. Buyers should verify current membership options, dues, transfer provisions, HOA obligations, and any golf or social privileges directly with the appropriate organizations.
