Grand Park

Grand Park opened in late 2024 and spans approximately 685 acres. The village is organized around Grand Park, a planned 93-acre central gathering space intended to become Summerlin’s largest park.

The first phase, Council Park, opened in 2026 with baseball fields, tennis and basketball courts, a splash pad, playground, and adult exercise stations. Additional park phases and neighborhood development are continuing. Residential architecture draws from traditional American styles interpreted through both classic and modern designs.

Buyers should review current and future park phases, nearby construction, planned roads, SID obligations, builder releases, and how the completed village may differ from today’s surroundings.
