The Willows began development in 1997 across approximately 731 acres. It includes single- and multifamily neighborhoods, the guard-gated custom community of Willow Creek, The Willows Community Center and Pool, The Willows Park, Willows Paseo Park, Spotted Leaf Park, schools, and houses of worship.
