The Hills South

The Hills South began development in 1991 as a 725-acre mixed-use village and became home to some of Summerlin’s earliest custom-home neighborhoods. The village includes established residential communities, business areas, cultural facilities, and TPC Summerlin, one of the community’s signature golf courses.

Neighborhoods in The Hills South range from production homes to guard-gated and custom properties, creating a wide spread in home size, architecture, lot characteristics, and price. The village also benefits from access to the Summerlin Library and Performing Arts Center, mature landscaping, and central proximity to shopping and services.
