Caledonia is a non-gated neighborhood in the Stonebridge village of Summerlin and was among the earliest residential areas developed in the village. Built by KB Home, it offers nine original floorplans ranging from approximately 1,850 to 3,095 square feet, with three to six bedrooms and two-car garages.The neighborhood includes both single- and two-story homes, giving buyers a broad selection of layouts and sizes. A small landscaped green with a covered picnic table is positioned near the entrance. Caledonia's earlier development period also gives it a more established streetscape than some of Stonebridge's later neighborhoods.Original builder specifications provide a useful starting point, but buyers should verify the individual home's model, improvements, HOA obligations, and current condition.
