Las Vegas Is More Than My Market. It's Home.
I was born and raised in Las Vegas, growing up on the southeast side of town and attending Chaparral High School back when there were only eight high schools in the entire valley. I bought my first home in Henderson and later moved to the Summerlin area, where I’ve lived for about 25 years and raised my family. I’ve watched Las Vegas grow from what felt like a small town into a major city—and I love that, in many ways, it still has that small-town feel.
Before real estate, I worked in casino marketing at the MGM, where customer service was a huge part of what I did. After buying my first home, I realized how much I enjoyed the real estate process and how important it was to have someone who could explain it, answer questions and help you understand the decisions you were making. I also wanted to build my own business where the time and effort I put in directly affected the level of service I could provide my clients.
That philosophy still guides how I work today. I don’t just sell homes—I guide the process. My job is to give my buyers, sellers and investors as much information as possible so they can make educated, confident decisions based on the market they’re in and what’s right for them.

Deep Roots in Summerlin
Summerlin has been home to me and my family for more than 26 years. I raised my daughter here, experienced both the public and private school communities, and spent years on local soccer and lacrosse fields. We shop and dine here, go to baseball and Golden Knights games, and spend our everyday lives in the same community where I work. That personal experience gives me a different perspective when helping someone choose where to live in Summerlin. I know the villages, established neighborhoods, newer developments, 55+ communities, and the lifestyle differences between them—not just from selling homes here, but from living here. When someone asks me about an area, I can give them more than what’s on a listing sheet. I can help them understand what it actually feels like to live there.

What areas of Las Vegas does Michelle Yoon specialize in?
I work throughout the Las Vegas Valley, with a particular focus on Summerlin and 55+ and active-adult communities. I help clients compare communities, neighborhoods, amenities, home styles and lifestyle differences so they can make an informed decision about where to live.
Which 55+ communities in Las Vegas do you work in?
I work with buyers and sellers in 55+ and active-adult communities throughout the Las Vegas area, including Sun City Summerlin, Siena, Sun City Anthem, Sun City Aliante, Solera, Regency at Summerlin, Heritage at Stonebridge and Del Webb Lake Las Vegas.
Do you help retirees relocating to Las Vegas?
Yes. Many of my clients are moving to Las Vegas from another state for retirement. I help them understand the different areas, 55+ communities, amenities, HOA costs, taxes, home options and lifestyle differences before deciding which community is the best fit.
Do you work with out-of-state buyers and sellers?
Yes. I regularly help clients who aren’t currently in Las Vegas. Much of the buying or selling process can be handled remotely, and I can help coordinate the local details while keeping you informed throughout the transaction.
Can you help sell a parent's home or a property owned by a trust?
Yes. I work with trustees, heirs and family members who need to sell a Las Vegas property, including homes in 55+ communities. When additional help is needed, I can connect clients with estate-sale professionals, cleanout companies, repair professionals and other local resources while I coordinate the real estate side of the sale.
Do you only work with 55+ and Summerlin clients?
No. While 55+ communities and Summerlin are major areas of my business, I’ve spent more than 25 years helping Las Vegas buyers, sellers and investors with residential real estate, new construction, investment properties, 1031 exchanges, luxury homes and other types of transactions.
Will I need to sign a buyer broker agreement before touring homes?
Yes. Before we begin touring homes, we’ll review a buyer broker agreement so you understand how we’ll work together, my responsibilities as your agent and how compensation is handled. I want those details to be clear before we start looking at properties.
What can I expect when working with Michelle Yoon?
I often say, “I don’t just sell homes—I guide the process.” My approach is centered on information and education, not pressure. I explain the process, provide relevant market information and help you understand your options so you can make an educated decision based on your goals and the current market.
